Aspire NW Volleyball
I currently manage socials for Aspire NW Volleyball Club here in Vancouver WA. Aspire NW Volleyball has 38 teams. This means I am creating content for and managing an account for nearly 500 athletes, their family, our coaches and our leadership. Since taking over this page I have revamped it by creating monthly content calendars to help establish a consistent and clear message across the social media accounts associated with Aspire NW. We also collect UGC throughout the month that is included in recaps. This ensures that all athletes get a chance to be included, even if I am not able to be present at every event.
To create content for this account, I first start by road mapping concepts over the course of a month. When planning content out I must take into account practice and tournament schedules to ensure that I am not disrupting practices by being present to film. This involves clear and consistent communication with our coaching staff. After road mapping the content, I look to Instagram and Tik Tok for concepts that I can either film with the athletes or create using existing film. My goal when idea generating for Aspire NW is to create lighthearted, age appropriate content that helps the club appear competitive and fun. We want to encourage more young athletes in our area to play volleyball for Aspire NW, while maintaining our reputation as a high ranking club.
Throughout the month I remain very flexible with our posting calendar to ensure we are participating in current trends and acknowledging our athletes wins in a timely manner.

Megan's Media LLC Instagram
It's no understatement to say that Instagram is one of the hottest places for short form content at the moment. All Trades Tattoo Instagram
In early 2024 All Trades Tattoo brought me on to help with their instagram. During my time with All Trades Tattoo I created multiple reels based on current pop culture trends. In 12 months my clear and consistent message has increased the All Trades following by 22% with little paid ads.
The Garage Bingen
From October of 2023 to April of 2024 I managed and created all of the content for The Garage Bingen's Instagram and Facebook. My goal with these accounts was to create elegant content that shows off this beautiful small town venue. See my photography, design and video content creator below for these pages.
